I have watched birds for most of my adult life. It was always an informal pastime, basically looking for and observing them as I cycled through the countryside. Having marvelled for many years at their behaviour, their songs, colours and intricate movements, I decided that freezing the moment on film was something that I would like to do. Nature photography has led me to an ever-deepening understanding of our wilderness friends, and I am happy to share some of those moments with you.
