Summer Hours and Work Schedule for 2025
Summer Hours are applicable to all regular full-time employees who are not teachers. Arrangements for part-time and replacement employees are possible according to managers鈥� discretion and must be in accordance with principles established for permanent employees.
Please note that for the week of June 23 to August 1, employees who take vacation will only be required to record 28 hours of vacation.
In order to participate in the Summer Hours, employees on a Voluntary Work Reduction Program who have opted for Fridays off will be required to make arrangements with their immediate supervisor to reschedule the Friday off for another day in the same week.
We count on everyone鈥檚 support in respecting the summer hours schedule as well as meeting all obligations and expectations related to work performance and objectives during this period.
