Professional Development Funds

Funding is available for employees for the purpose of the professional development activities. Employees can apply for funding for courses, conferences, professional memberships, etc. Details of who is eligible for funding, what type of activities are reimbursed, and how to apply for funding are outlined for each employee category below.

Each category of employment has a Professional Development Committee (PDC). These Committees are comprised of College and Union/Association representatives and their mandate consists of ensuring that applications meet the policy standards for funding.
