Corporate Affairs
Corporate Affairs is responsible for all matters concerning the operations of the College’s Board of Governors and Executive Committee, compliance with laws and regulations of the Government and with the College’s bylaws and policies.
This office is also responsible for:
- access to information requests under the
- application of policies pertaining to the preservation of documents and archives, including the College Retention Schedule.

Disclosure of wrongdoings
In accordance with modifications of the Act to Facilitate the Disclosure of Wrongdoings Relating to Public Bodies that came into force on November 30, 2024, the Board of Governors has repealed the Whistleblower Policy and appointed the person occupying the position of Director General with the responsibility for ethics and integrity, effective February 26, 2025.
