Got tension in your neck, back and shoulders? Why not grab a 10-minute chair massage to get out all those kinks? A quick chair massage can enhance relaxation, provide some pain and tension relief, and release those happy endorphins!

To relieve stress and anxiety, come enjoy some yoga.

MEDITATION with Dawson Peace Studies

To relieve stress and anxiety, it can take as little as 30 minutes a day. A staff from Dawson Peace Studies will lead you in a 30-minute meditation session. You can look forward to focusing and concentrating better.

ANIMAL/ZOO THERAPY with Madame Wouf Wouf

ROOM 2C.17 [11 AM – 2 PM]

Come meet Madame Wouf Wouf’s family of adorable pets including a dog, a cat, a bird, a rabbit, and a ferret. Come experience the benefits of Zoo Therapy!

Come and get your henna done. Choose from a variety of designs, relax and enjoy the art.
