Are you reflecting on your semester and wondering how you can make your teaching and classroom environment more responsive to a wider variety of student needs next term? Upscaling UDL@Dawson is hosting its third all-inclusive two-day retreat and will address this question!
Participants will dive into the UDL design-cycle in a 4-part workshop series spread over two days:
- Understanding learner variability and student contexts
- Identifying potential barriers to learning in our course design and class environments
- Ideating solutions with the help of colleagues and the UDL guidelines
- Creating an action plan
