April 12th, 2015

The ÕÅ°ÙÇÇÅ®ÓÑÂãÕÕ Annual Bilingual Business Case Competition offers teams from participating CEGEPs across Québec the opportunity to demonstrate their presentation skills and business acumen by analyzing, assessing and solving a business case. The competition features two streams: one with an accounting/finance focus and one with a marketing focus. The competition is bilingual: cases are available in both English and French, students are allowed to prepare and present their analyses in either language or a mix of both. The one day event is a great opportunity for students to apply to a real world situation what they have learned in the classroom, as these future business women and men will the next contributors to the Canadian economy. They will demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills, all within a limited timeframe. Presentations effectively convey strong technical knowledge and communication aptitudes. The marketing case this year was Lightspeed and the accounting case was Jean Coutu.
