The Quality Assurance & Planning Office is responsible for coordinating the operations for the College鈥檚 final examinations for both DEC programs and Continuing Education.

A final examination is any examination that takes place during the official final examination period. For the Winter 2025 semester, the final examination period is:

Tuesday, May 20, 2025 to Wednesday, May 28, 2025

For eligible students, a make-up final examination period for the day division will take place. Schedule to be determined.

For continuing education students, the Dean鈥檚 Office will be in contact with you regarding make-up final examinations.

All final examinations are scheduled by the Registrar鈥檚 Office and the official exam schedule is available on the Registrar鈥檚 webpage as of Friday, March 14.

Students must be available for any examination scheduled during the examination period.
