This program, funded by the Ministr猫re de l’脡ducation et de l’Enseignement sup茅rieur (MEES) du Qu茅bec and administered by the F茅d茅ration des Cegeps, is geared towards students enrolled full-time in a 3 year technical program.聽 Students who benefit from this program pay the Quebec tuition fees.聽 The international fees are waived.

Eligibility Criteria:

In order to be eligible for this program, students must:

• be an international student entering the first semester of a 3-year technical program or having completed the first semester of a 3-year program;
• be registered as a full-time student with a full course load;
• have an overall average of 80%;
• hold a valid C.A.Q. and study permit;
• have medical insurance.
