Winter 2025 Student Fees – Day Division

Fee Payment

    • All returning students are required to pay their regular student fees ($319) in full from November 5 to November 29, 2024 before registering for their courses.
    • New students Ìýwill be invoiced the week of December 2, 2024 are required to pay their regular student fees ($319) in full by January 3, 2025 before registering for their courses.
    • Method of payments:Ìý Fees must be paid (1) on Omnivox by credit card ONLY (Master Card or Visa) through the Payment Center of your My Dawson portal, (2) through your bank as a bill payment using your student I.D. number as the payee and ÕÅ°ÙÇÇÅ®ÓÑÂãÕÕ as the recipient or (3) at the Student Fee Counter in room 4B.5. Payments must be made in full before registration.
    • Non-Quebec Residency and International student fees will be assessed the week of January 6th, 2025 and due by January 31, 2025.
    • Other fees: part-time , out of program fees etc.Ìý will be assessed on the first day of class January 20, 2025.
  • Late payment fees of $25.00 will be applied to overdue accounts.

(1) For fees set by ÕÅ°ÙÇÇÅ®ÓÑÂãÕÕ (DC), a full-time student is one who registers for at least four courses or 180 hours of instruction in a given semester. For fees set at the Quebec Government (QG) level, a full-time student is one who registers for at least four courses or 180 hours in a program, or Fin de DEC/AEC, or students with major functional disabilities.

(2) Only if a student officially withdraws from the courses by Sunday, January 19, 2025. Withdrawal forms can be found on Omnivox under “Mycollege services”-College withdrawal forms.

(3) Only if a student officially withdraws from courses by Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Course Change Fee (non-refundable)

An additional fee of $20.00 is payable for each course change. This fee does not apply to course changes required under academic regulations.

Late Registration Fee (non-refundable)

Students registering after their designated registration period shall be assessed an additional fee of $50.00.

Assessment of Fees

The fees are determined by Government Laws and Regulations and College Bylaws and are subject to change without prior notice. Up-to-date information on fees is available from the Administrative Services Department (Room 4B.5) during regular business hours or from the College Student Fees Web page.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable,Ìý will be issuedÌý by cheque and mailed to the address in the student’s file. Student has the option to come to the Fee Counter room 4B.5 for an in-person refund of $500 or less. Please consult our hours on the website. There are no cash refunds.

Tax Receipts

For tax compliant receipts, please ensure that you have added your S.I.N. to your account prior to printing your tax receipts.Ìý Tax receipts for 2024 will be available by February 28, 2025 via the MyDawson portal at: Note that tax receipts for 2025 will only be available by February 28, 2026.
