Kin Canada established the Kin Canada Bursaries, a program of the Hal Rogers Endowment Fund, in memory of Hal Rogers, the Association’s founder. Rogers passed away in September 1994 at the age of 95. Its purpose is to promote, encourage and sponsor educational programs and activities.
